In April 2009, China announced a $124 billion health care reform plan to address the growing health care crisis in the country. The plan aims to reduce the uninsured from 70 percent now to about 10 percent by 2011--and pledges to improve health care for all citizens by 2020.Under the background of issuing New China Health Reform Plan (2009-2011)and With the development of information technology and healthcare industry in China, hospital information management will be promoted aggressively. Meanwhile, medical technology and service has shaping a new age of global healthcare industry, which will definitely contribute to build and upgrade healthcare information technology system. China medical institutions and hospitals are seeking for information technology and management solutions to promote healthcare industry which is characterized by integration of medical resource and service.
