Accommodation and Travel Cost: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee. A reduced corporate room rate has been arranged at China for attendees at this event. To take advantage of this special rate, please process the hotel room reservation form provided upon confirmation of your attendance. A number of bedrooms have been booked at the venue and will be available for reservation until 2 weeks prior to the event on a first come first served basis. After that time, rooms will be subject to availability.
Simultaneous Interpretation: From Mandarin to English and vice versa for the entire conference sections will be provided by a professional team of translators.
Change of Program Content: Daiss Associates Limited reserved to right to amend the program, agenda and speakers due to factors outside of its control. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone this conference when full refunds will be issued.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend personally, a substitute delegate is welcome to join this event- for no extra charge. Alternatively, we will promptly refund your fee less a service charge of 10%, providing you inform us in wiring 30 days before the start date of this event. No refunds are possible for cancellations received less than 30 days before this event.
